How It Works

  • For every £1 you spend, you earn 1 Monkey Point
  • 1 point = 1p off your next order
  • Once you collect 250 points (or more), you can redeem them at checkout

Getting Started

If you already have an account, you’re automatically in the club — no extra sign-ups required. If you're new, just register via our login page and we’ll bonus you 100 Monkey Points just for joining.

You can view your points under the “Points” tab in your account. Points update within 24 hours after checkout.

Terms & Important Bits

  • Monkey Points cannot be earned on orders paid with Monkey Points
  • Points are only awarded on orders placed via our website
  • Points are non-transferable
  • Not valid with certain offers (we’ll make that clear when it applies)
  • We reserve the right to modify, pause, or cancel the scheme (but promise to be decent about it)
