Shipping

All orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. If for any reason we are unable to post that day, we will contact you and keep you updated accordingly.

All free shipping is based on a Royal Mail 2nd class post basis, so please allow 2-3 days for delivery.

We do offer a 1st Class and next working day service which can be selected when going through checkout. The next day service applies only to orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed On a Friday using the next day service prior to the cut off time will be deliverd on the following Monday. Orders placed Friday after the 1pm cut off will be delivered the Tuesday after. So please bear this in mind when ordering. No orders are processed over the weekend, so orders placed after the cut off time on Fridays will be processed the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

We are keen to recycle any packaging we have and we try to re-use where we can when packing your orders. So if your order arrives in a Coco pops box, it will not contain Coco pops! Apologies in advance.

Please be clear and precise as to where you would like your parcel to be delivered. This will help in receiving your parcel quicker and prevent causing us and the delivery guys any confusion. If you have any special delivery requirements, then please get in touch prior to ordering.
