Availability of Goods
Non personalised items are normally standard stock items and are available for despatch within 24 hours. If for any reason we are unable to despatch the goods we will contact you to inform you of the stock status. You have the right to cancel your order should any delay be unacceptable.
Apart from offering a full refund we will not accept any further claims for compensation arising from any losses you may incur as a result of the goods not being available or ready for immediate despatch.
Delivery Charges
The prices shown include standard carriage costs, these are clearly shown on the shopping cart when ordering the goods, if in doubt please telephone us for confirmation.
Non delivery of items
Any orders that have become lost through transit will be resent or refunded after 2 weeks have elapsed (UK only), for items lost overseas allow 3 weeks from the date of despatch. Most deliveries by courier (UK Mainland) are delivered next working day, by Royal Mail within 2-3 days, for goods sent throughout Europe the standard delivery time is 3 to 5 days. Please note these are not guaranteed delivery times, we will not be liable for any losses, costs or charges caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods.
Please inform us within 14 days (21 Days for Europe) from the date of order if the goods have not arrived, claims for non delivery of goods cannot be entertained after these dates. We are unable to accept responsibility for non receipt of goods once delivered to the correct address and signed for.
Cancelling Order
Orders for non personalised items can be cancelled at any time prior to despatch. Once the goods have been despatched the return of the products will be at your own expense.
Accepting Delivery
When accepting delivery of the goods you are responsible for checking them for damage. Any such claims for damaged goods should be telephoned/emailed to us within 7 days. The goods will not be left without a signature. Any damaged goods must be noted on the courier consignment note at the time of delivery.
Returns Policy
Goods as ordered
A refund for non personalised items will be given for all goods returned within 14 days from receipt, if for any reason you are unable to return the goods within this time, we will issue a refund provided you have contacted us by letter, telephone or email within the 14 days. A full refund will be given for the cost of the goods but will exclude the delivery charges, the goods returned must be intact, undamaged and suitable for resale. Any goods returned to us from outside the EU will be subject to a delay in processing the refund of up to 3 weeks, this is to allow for incorrect labelling from the sender which can result in charges payable by Mankey Monkey for import duties imposed by the courier. Any import duties will be deducted from the refund.
Faulty Returns
We will refund (in full) or exchange any goods which are faulty/damaged providing we have been notified within 14 days as above. Faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse will not receive any refund or exchange.
This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

Yes — free UK delivery on everything. No minimum spend, no surprises at checkout.
We usually ship with Royal Mail 2nd Class; most parcels arrive within 2–3 working days.
Need it faster? You can upgrade to 1st Class or Next Working Day at checkout.
Orders placed before 1 pm (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day.

What do you specialise in?
We specialise in pre-scored card blanks (ready to fold) and premium card and paper sheets for creative projects, printing, packaging, and stationery.
Whether you’re a crafter, designer, a small business or large business, we’ve got the right stock, weight, and texture for the job.
Which sizes do you stock?
For pre-scored card blanks, we offer popular formats including A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, and 148 mm square — all pre-scored for a clean, professional fold.
For flat sheets of card and paper, we go from B1 all the way down to A7, and we can also cut to custom sizes if you need something specific.
If you’re unsure which size you need, get in touch — we’ll help you find the right fit.
Do you do printing?
No — we supply the card and paper; you bring the creative magic.
Will this card work with my printer?
It depends on your printer model and the stock purchased. Thicker card stocks can be too heavy for some home printers, so always check your printer’s specifications first.
If you’re unsure, order a sample or small pack to test the weight and texture before committing to a larger order.
Can I order samples?
Yes — samples are available on most products.
It’s the best way to check the colour, texture, and print compatibility before buying in bulk.

Are your products certified?
Where applicable, we note certifications such as FSC on our product pages. Some ranges are made from recycled materials — and we keep our descriptions honest and clear (no fluffy greenwashing).
Do you accept bulk or custom requests?
Absolutely! We’re flexible with quantities and can often help with special sizes or requests. Just drop us a message and tell us what you need.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Our website currently focuses on UK delivery. If you’re outside the UK, contact us and we’ll see what’s possible.
