All orders placed before 1 pm (Mon–Fri) get shipped the same day. If we can’t manage that for any reason, we’ll contact you. Orders placed after 1 pm on Fridays (or during weekends) will be dispatched Monday morning (excluding bank holidays).
We send everything via Royal Mail 2nd Class, so most parcels arrive within 2–3 working days across the UK.

We hate waste. Wherever possible, we reuse and recycle packaging. If your order arrives in a cereal box, don’t worry — it’s just us being resourceful (no leftover snacks included!).
Please provide a clear and precise address to avoid delivery hiccups. If you have special delivery instructions (back door drop, safe place, etc.), let us know before ordering — we’ll try to make it happen.
